Question / Help can anyone help me with my obs settings? (lag)

i recently got a new laptop hp envy x360 and i installed obs in it put the default settings and whenever i attempt to stream it completely lags and says i need to turn down the cpu and everything but with my old laptop which was older it didnt lag as bad and i was able to stream no problem

can anyone help me with my settings
