I've just got a new CPU (i7 4790k @ 4.0GHZ) and i've been testing my stream with 720p 60fps, best filter and 3500k bitrate. My x264 is set at the 'Faster' preset. I have a GTX 780 and 8gig corsair vengeance ram. My internet connection is 80mb DL and 20mb UP.
A few of my friends who have good internet said my stream takes a while to load and it freezes sometimes. On my end it says that the upload is fine and i don't lose any frames.
I'm looking for some help to optimize my stream, getting the best possible quality and smoothness with no freezes or pauses.
