Live? Not really. All you need to do is a few test-recordings. Wait for 10-20 seconds so that the encoder can stabilize, then do a clap test. A single loud clap is much easier to determine the offset on. Then do it again and again until you get the sync right.

I believe you can also do one recording, and figure out a rough offset from that using VLC's audio-nudge options. Just Google for 'vlc audio offset'. There are a few hotkeys depending on which version you're using. It mostly gets tricky when you get to the sub-50ms point.

Also can be a problem if your mic and/or camera have an unstable offset, which isn't fixable in OBS; have to either fix the drivers, your USB Host Controllers (most cameras, especially the c920, benefit by being the only device on the host controller it's using). QPC Mic timestamps can help as well.
 
For example I can sync my web cam, my voice and gameplay but then when I add a skype call its off sync. Or if I sync my web cam, voice and skype call then the gameplay is off sync and so on. I can't seem to get them all perfectly sync.
