Can anyone explain why OBS can stream on Youtube if I have no sources

I am stumped as to how this happens.
I have Diablo 4 opened.
I have YT streaming Diablo 4 using the virtual camera in OBS set up through "go live" in YT.
There are no active sources in OBS but still I can hear the sound (and its very poor) when I listen to my stream.

This isn't how you would stream, you'd connect your account in settings>stream and stream directly from OBS.
