If you have a compatible capture card/device attached to the laptop, feeding a mirrored copy of your main screen from the gaming PC, then yes. Assuming you mean using the laptop for OBS/encoding, and the other system for gaming. Be aware that very few USB capture devices will work without issues.

Say if i were to do this will it make less lag in-game?
