Question / Help Can anybody help me find the right settings for my PC ?

Everytime I stream my stream looks choppy and my frame drops in the game and it makes it unplayable, I am supposed to be getting over 140FPS on Fortnite game but as soon as I stream it goes under 100FPS. Then I get an encoder overload message on OBS.
