Question / Help Can an OBS install cause issues with Pro Tools/Drum-A-Gog?

Had ProTools (perpetual license) running fine in Windows 10. No issues whatsoever. After installing OBS, I pulled up a session and my Drum-A-Gog plug in would not load, nor for any sessions I had been utilizing it in. Upon removing OBS and updating Drum-A-Gog, the problem went away. There was not a Windows 10 update in this time as far as I know. Seems to me it may have just been the old version of Drum-A-Gog going kaput coincidentally with the OBS install. That seems to make the most sense. Just troubleshooting. Can't afford to jeopardize paid-client sessions with this happening. Probably a better question to ask on a ProTools forum or maybe both is good. I don't know.
