Question / Help Can’t get OBS and Facebook to work at the same time with my new Asus gaming pc

This is going to be long. I’ll try to make it short. I spent weeks trying to configure my MacBook with obs and Facebook to only come to the conclusion that my MacBook was a dinosaur and I needed a new computer. Fast forward a few weeks and I just picked up an asus gu502gv. I was excited because I felt like I got pretty good at learning the program while studying with my MacBook trying to get it to work. Anyway, I just spent half of the day trying to get it going and have failed. I’m so frustrated right now. I’m using google chrome and have allowed access to the camera. Here’s where it gets weird. I can get obs to work alone and I can get Facebook live to work on its own, but I can’t get them to work together. If I get obs going facebook tells me it can’t access the camera and to check my chrome settings. If I get started with Facebook and go back to obs, the camera feed has frozen on a frame in obs. I’m stumped. I went back to my MacBook and it works fine, so I’ve isolated the problem back to the computer. Coming from a MAC Im trying to get reacquainted with pc. I don’t know if I need to reconfigure something in the computer or the browser, but I’ve tried everything including the camera settings. Please let me know do you have any suggestions. Thanks!

I also tried to go to YouTube live and it said that it couldn’t acces the camera because it was being used by another program. When I turned off obs it let me go live on YouTube.
