Question / Help Can’t choose HEVC (H.265) but would like to do it.

Hello.
As the title is saying, i can¹t choose HEVC (H.265) in the menu.

Please Help.

Graphic Card: GTX 1060 6GB

Newest driver installed.
 
Yes, it worked fine. I have now a 20 Minutes video with 1080p 30fps and a bitrate about 5000 to 6000 ( i am changing it at the time, but 6000 seems to be truly better) and i have 850mb size.
