Hello! I recently picked up an Elgato CamLink device while they were on sale from Amazon.
I decided to only buy one because I really couldn't justify having two as my secondary camera is really rarely used.
By default I have my DSLR clean HDMI output going into the CamLink and the OBS scene points to a Video Capture Device for the correct input. This works perfectly as intended until I want to switch cameras while actively recording/streaming.
The issue for me is that when I switch the HDMI cable on the CamLink from one camera to another, the output shows as a black screen in OBS and doesn't show anything until I restart OBS again.
Because this seems to have no problems in other camera software such as the Windows 10 camera app, I would lean against this being some sort of limitation of the CamLink itself, however I could be wrong on that.
My question is: Is there anyway to 'refresh' or trigger some sort of re-initialization for the camera device so that I can switch between HDMI cameras while still keeping my OBS running?
