Camlink capture card errors

I've had the same issue a few times now. I startup OBS and there,s no picture from my camera (I'm using a canon through a camlink capture card). The last couple of times I managed to reset the sizing which shows up as 0.000 x 0.000 BUT this resets to 900001.0 x 900001.0 and now it won't reset at all so I am unable to stream. Log attached
Oh I saw a post about the SE plugin being an issue so I followed the steps to uninstall that & reinstalled OBS but same problem persists.

 
You have a hd60 conected per USB? and the camlink Check you USB bandwitch. Only one capture device per USB root hub.

And a Filter lua Script make problems

any filter didnt work is a filter on the cam ?

did you have open another programm thats use the camlink ?

check did you have realy use an USB 3 port

I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled but deleted a load of the plugins in the p[rocess so the "move source" is messed up now & some of the hotkeys associated with it.

No other programs use the camlink, only OBS

see ss of usbtree now (the camera started working when I swapped the 2 capture devices around but I don't know why and am sure it will happen again)

so the HD60S + & Camlink is on one USB root hub sorry bro but you must buy an PCI-E USB 3.0 Card its an usb bandwitch problem !

So I have a new PC, integrated capture card & same problem.
