Camera not working

Hello,

i recently set the brightness down like really low and the sharpness down on streamlabs obs and it wont let me change any of the setings (this is broken across all programs that needs the webcam)
I have tried
-reinstalling the webcam drivers
-uninstalling slobs and obs studio
