Question / Help Camera no longer recognized

I was testing OBS for a stream about an hour ago and it was fine. Now the camera is not working.
The camera is still lit up showing it it on. It is listed correctly in the Video Capture Device Properties (Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920). I have tried the basics; off/on, deactivate/activate, unplugging and re-plugging it in. The properties box simply appears gray.

Over the past year, there's been stuff like this happening with posts on here. I have both the C920 and C922 and haven't had the case.

The best thing to do is just reboot the PC and run OBS again.
