Camera Flickering whenever I move

hello! So i recently got a cam link to stream off of my camera. I have a Nikon d5600 and the cam link has worked on other software however when I use it in obs when I move, the camera becomes all pixelated around my body and continues to do this for a while and occasionally it disappears. I have done so many things to troubleshoot this issue and nothing has helped. Also have just discovered it is only in my stream and not when recording on OBS. Any tips would be so appreciated.

I am having the same issue. When I'm on the camera hub program for the cam link the video is beautiful and when I open OBS it's super clean and then out of nowhere it's pixelated even when I move slow. And then again out of nowhere its clean again. I have checked my cpu, ram and gpu and there's no overload. Also the same thing happens in zoom.
