Question / Help Camera flicker, unsure what to do

Hello!

I currently have gotten the responsibility of streaming events at my work, which is really cool. We have been through some issues but we have gotten an ok baseline now and finally fixed our audio problems.

And then, the camera starts to flicker.

At regular intervals it starts to flicker, with no apparent reason - at least to my knowledge. We have used it before where it did not:

(Please disregard audio issues, we are aware of them and have fixed them by now)

It is the _exact_ same setup where no other settings have been changed from time to time. I am baffeled. I use a Black Magic Intensity Shuttle usb 3 on windows, and the lastest updated version of OBS.

I will provide the settings we have in OBS by tomorrow, but I don't understand how they can be of importance if the same setup is used.

My concerns:
1) The Intensitu Shuttle has some issue
2) The cable between the camera and the Shuttle is faulty
3) There is some setting on the camera

I have also tested for some of the errors myself. I plugged the camera we use directly to a tv with the same HDMI cable to see if the same flicker happened. It did not. I have also tested OBS with a webcam together with the camera to see if the webcam also flickers. It does not.

Is there any problem I have not checked for here?
