Camera Blinking and Flickering

have you check the windows Kamera privancy settings ?

What I did worked. I Read up on this flickering problem and there was a new fix. So I fixed it. I fixed it last week before the UPDATE. But wasn't able to check it till yesterday. I was able to record for a hour and a half with out it flickering.

What did you do fix this? I have the same issue with the camera flickering, only while streaming...
