Camcorder in OBS won't work in windows 10 (black screen)

Hello guys!

I have OBS for like half year now, it works nice on my desktop, it records everything, but when I connect my camcorder to PC directly, it wont show screen, only black screen. It works on other PC which has win 7. First time when I connected camcorder to win7 pc, my antivirus showed up and it says that OBS looks for permission (which i allowed of course) and it worked perfectly. I do not have antivirus on win10 pc and I cant find way how to fix it. Really need some help guys. Thanks!

Post an Obs log and check the Windows privancy settings

Where can I find OBS log?
And I've checked Privacy settings, everything seems fine there, Camera is ON

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
