Question / Help cam out of sync with stream

Is it any way to get the cam into sync with the mic sound on the stream..
Its synced in the program but never on the stream..

ok just tried it and i still have around 3-4 seconds lag on my webcam..

I have had this lag since the very start of obs, could it be that my camera is very old?
ordered a new camera last week but have not gotten it yet.

I downloaded the new version but I am still getting a lag between audio/cam.

as i said even with the test version i have lagg from audio to the webcam..
feel like I got a bit forgotten when someone else asked for the same thing :)
