Question / Help Call of duty Advanced Warfare crashing with game capture.

Hello, I can basicly stream and play any game just fine, but when I try to stream COD:AW the game just crashes on startup. I have tried resolving this issue but without any luck. I noticed that when I use a different capture mode it does not crash, however this makes the game sortoff laggy.

PC:
Asus maximum VII
i7 4790k
GTX 970
16GB @ 2400 MHz DDR3
Windows 8.1 64 bit

Is there a fix?

EDIT: I already tried the Anti cheat compatibility hooking method within game capture..
