I can't open my OBS today but just nothing else to do...
The driver version for amd is the newest, and my windows version is 23h2
the problem also happened on my last system, that one is 23h2 too...

Did you previously have a different Graphics Card on your system? Whether yes or no, I suggest doing a complete uninstallation of your Graphics Card Driver using Display Driver Uninstaller, and then re-installing drivers from the Official AMD Website.

If you had an NVIDIA GPU installed, select NVIDIA in the dropdown of DDU as well.

Yes, you can use DDU with RX 580. I also had one years ago.

Try starting windows in Safe Mode and run DDU in Administrator Mode
