Bug Report c922 crashing Studio

Hi,

Okay. I've tried all things I can think of. So, I'm hoping for you guys to maybe have an idea.

So, when I try to use my new webcam, the c922, I want to use the ChromaCam by Personify (which is the additional software for the camera to remove the background as if it was a greenscreen)

But when I start the webcam it crashes and gives me the error below. This only happens in obs studio. Not in obs classic or any other program.

Anyone has any idea what I could try? (Crash log attached in .txt)

Tried a bit around on my laptop and seemed to work just fine. Did not crash at all. And I tried reinstalling all drivers for the cam. Reinstalling obs studio, yet it still gives me the same error :/
 
After trying to uninstall and install a few more times and it seemed to be working somewhat alright now.
The normal camera works fine, but the personify is obviously the problem. In other programs it works way smoother. But when using it in obs studio it for some reason needs multiple attempts to start it and etc. but yeah. Somewhat fixed for me at least now.
 
Mostly cause I haven't had any issues in particular. No other reason to be honest. I held back and were using w7 for a long while until I knew obs was running without any issue.

Btw. New update for Personify. Can't say I can make it crash at all now.

I found it very buggy and mostly crashing. It worked flawlessly for me in xsplit however OBS I never really got it working.
Just make sure you have the latest update of Personify and cross your fingers that it doesn't crash :P Personally I just started using it as a normal webcam instead of using the personify. Maybe they might fix some stuff in the future :) Plus, it was very cpu heavy. So make sure you have a pretty decent cpu before using it :P
