Question / Help C922 60fps no zoom, tilt, and pan

My setting are :
Video capture device : c922 pro stream webcam
Resolution/fps type : Custom
Resolution 1280x720
FPS : 60
Video format : MJPEG
Other is default.
Windows : windows 10 anniversary
OBS studio 17.0.0

I can set setting like exposure, gain, brightness, etc fine, but zoom, tilt and pan won't working.
Set to 1080/30fps can Zoom to 120, pan and tilt fully working from -10 to 10
Set to 720/30fps can zoom to 180, pan and tilt fully working
960x720/30fps can zoom to 180, pan and tilt fully working
640x480/30fps can zoom to 250, pan and tilt fully working

It seem the problem only occur in 60fps.

No but it is probably the handicap of using 720p/60fps. Now I only use 720/30 or 480/30 because it need more lighting which I currently don't have, and while it have smooth movement, it won't have the same sharpness as 30 fps
