So I'm having some strange issues with my webcam. It works extremely well in Skype and on Facebook, but for some reason, OBS as well as Logitech's software recognize my webcam, but display a black screen without powering the webcam on (blue lights don't come on).
OS: Windows 8.1
Proc: AMD 6350
GPU: GTX 660
Ram: 8 GB
Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I've tried uninstalling and re installing several times in multiple ways, but none seem to work.
