Question / Help C920 Not Working on 32-bit OBS

I just started getting into streaming and I'm having a issue with my Logitech C920 cam.
A) It's not working in the Logitech Software
B) It's not working with the 32-bit OBS Version
C) It's ONLY working with the 64-bit OBS Version

Could somebody PLEASE tell me how to fix this issue?
PS. I can't use the 64-bit OBS Version because my CONSOLE Elgato Capture Card doesn't have 64-bit DRIVERS.

Here are my specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k
RAM: 32.0GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 2400MHz RAM
MOBO: ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA
GPU: GTX 660 Ti

I have the C920 as well, and it seems to be working fine with 32bit. I'm not sure what's going on here. Please post a log of when you try to use it.
