Huh. Only thing I can think of is that it looks like you don't have much light on you... you need a LOT of light for the c920 to really perform well. Also, if you watch the rest of the frame, it looks like the entire frame is getting quite a bit of pixelation. It looks like you may be running too high res/framerate for your bitrate, and the cam is just the most noticeable when it drops.
Post a logfile, and we'll take a look as to the most likely problem; The Culling is a fairly bitrate-intensive game too, given the amount of vegetation and camera movement involved overall.
