Question / Help c:\user\(Name)\appdata\roaming\OBS\Scense.xconfig Error

I have been getting this problem aka c:\user\(Name)\appdata\roaming\OBS\Scense.xconfig a one person said to re download it i did that and noting happened. I have windows 8 i have been using OBS for a while no problem until like one month ago this started to happen every time i open OBS now.

Just delete the scenes.xconfig file and OBS will create a new one on the next start. You will have to re-create your scenes though.
