Buzzing sound

i am having a condenser mic, i want to know what is the best way to use in desktop or laptop? i am using WR800 in laptop. but its making some buzzing sound alot these days. Even i already tried this with a filters also. but unable to trace the audio issue

If you unplug the power from your laptop and run on battery, does the buzz go away?
