Question / Help Buzzing noise when trying to live stream

So i have an Avermedia LGHD, and my first problem is when my card is directly connected to the card I get flickering blue lines across my screen, dunno if this happens to the stream or not. But anyways I figured out how to get past it was to plug it into my HDMI converter box that I use to record PS3 footage.

Now I tried streaming it this way and when I stream I get a terrible buzzing noise instead of game audio. This happens when I go to the card and have it set to (Use Device Audio). if I'm not plugged into the HDMI converter I don't get that problem, except now I have those blue flickering lines across my screen.

Can anyone help me figure out why it's doing this?

Some of those HDCP strippers have issues with the audio, I'm not entirely sure why though. I'm not sure if I could help very easily at the moment to debug the issue without having one myself (sort of swamped on stuff at the moment)
