Question / Help Buying new PC for streaming.

Hello guys, I have some questions about PC specs that I'm probably going to buy. I'm wondering if I'll be able to stream well on those components:

CPU: i5-4670k
GPU: gtx 770 2GB
RAM: 2x4GB 1600MHz
Monitor: 1080p
Upload: 2048 kbps

I want to stream in 720p (1080p downscaled to 720p), probably 30fps. The games I will be mostly playing are: DayZ(mod and standalone), League of Legends, some CS:GO, maybe Rust and Minecraft. Anyway, I'm asking you guys if with 4670k and this GPU can I stream those games pretty smoothly. Also, any theoretical FPS I'll have while playing?

That should work, just make sure you get a Z87 motherboard for overclocking or that K processor is going to be a waste of cash.

get an board which supports the intel igpu so you can use qsv ... its worth the extra money especially on haswell chips

Also really try to get a 4770k instead of a 4670k. In fact a 4770 non-k and a cheaper non-overclocking-focused motherboard would be better than a 4670k, because hyperthreading will outweigh the importance of any overclocking you can manage when streaming.

Also your 2 meg upload might not be enough for the best 720p30 quality when you factor in saving bandwidth for your game, voice coms, and a buffer for any bitrate spikes.
