[BUMPED TOPIC] OBS kbps drops for only one game

I'm bumping a topic because I had made a post about kbps drops during a stream before, but apparently the drops only happen with one particular game (The Isle). I'm playing around with the Test Bandwidth Mode and apparently that's what's been happening. Is there a reason why OBS would fail to stream one game over others in my library?

Thank you so much for all of your help! So, I've got two logs that I wanted to share... because one of them passed the bandwidth test mode on OBS, and the other one didn't. Can you help me identify what I did wrong on one of them? Or what settings need to be changed/upgraded?

Any ideas why that is? I've already called my ISP, and stated that there was no network blockages or bandwidth issues on my end.
