my current build is an i5 6600k with a gtx 1070 8gb and 12 gb ram ddr4 (3x4gb) (also should I take out 1 ram stick so that its 8 gb?} no ssd 500 w psu.I stream mostly overwatch and some fortnite. Fortnite works fine but overwatch I lose fps especially when I have twitch chat (popout) or my streamlabs follows and such on second monitor. (17" 60hz 768p) and my main monitor is 24in 144hz 1080p. My second monitor is connected to mobo and first is connected to gpu. I want to build a second pc for overwatch and future games. What is the cheapest build to stream 720 / 1080p 60fps with minimal to no fps drop in game. Or do I need to do something with my pc. Responses appreciated :D
