Question / Help Building new pc, is this good enough?

So I'm looking to build a new PC for many reasons. But one of the things I want to be sure of, is that I can stream/record (xbox and pc) in 1080p 60 fps. I currently have an El Gato Game Capture HD60. However, with my current PC, now matter how I configure it, I cannot stream or capture without dropping frames. I get the error about my CPU usage being too high. I'll list what I currently have, and what I have in my cart. I'm looking for feedback mainly on if this is easily capable of 1080p/60fps.

My question may seem silly, but I just want to make sure I can do what I need to do before I go drop that much money. (open to recommendations)

I currently have:
Internet connection with 11 Mbps upload speed.
El Gato game capture HD60.

What's in my cart (minus stuff that doesn't matter):
GPU: GTX 970 4GB 256-bit GDDR5
PSU: Intel Xeon E5-2620 vs Haswell 2.4GHz
RAM: 32 GB 288-pin DDR4 SDRAM
Motherboard: MSI x99S SLI Plus

Alright, your build is not compatible at all. First thing, the Intel Xeon E5-2620 is build on a 2011 socket. and the MSI x99S SLI Plus is a 2011-3 socket motherboard. That doesn't fit at all. Second, the Intel Xeon is a CPU, not a PSU. So, what's the PSU you're using? Besides that, for games, xeon processors aren't the best things to get, they have poor core/core performance compared to intels consumer/extreme editions. I'd rather go for something like an i7 4790k/i7 5820k.

I think you gotta look up some more information about computer components to be honest.

The 2620 v3 is the processor I'm using, that does use the 2011-3 socket. I should have just linked the parts rather than type them out. I meant to type CPU, no idea why I would type PSU, as the PSU hardly matters at all in this situation. I'm getting a 750W corsair PSU, that's plenty power. I know more than enough about computer components to build a computer, but thanks for that "tip". I just don't know how OBS works to know whether I should get a 2620, or a 4790.

Aah, I was looking at the 2620 in particular which is a 2011 socket chip, the 2620 v3 is indeed a 2011-3 socket chip. That PSU you're using will indeed be plenty. About OBS, it favors cores more rather than threads, so a 6 core xeon should in theory be better than an i7 4790k in streaming, however, OBS also favors clock speed, and the Intel Xeon is locked at a boost of 3.2 Ghz while the i7 4790k clocks easily to 4.4 Ghz. So in practice, the i7 4790k will have an equal performance to the Xeon. So I'd suggest you to rather take an i7 4790k, not also because the motherboard+Ram+processor is cheaper, but also because it equals the xeons performance in this case and also gives you better game performance because the i7 4790k is meant for such tasks, a xeon isn't made for gaming.
