Hi everyone !
For Christmas i'm planing to buy a new gaming Pc with the intention of streaming 720p@60fps, Aion is the game i'm playing most of time. This is the Pc i thought about.

Gigabyte B85M-HD3
Intel Core i5-4570 (3.2 GHz)
DDR3 Kingston HyperX Black, 4 Go, PC3-12800, CAS 10 x2
MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr OC GAMING, 2 Go

Will i be able to do it ? or i should go for i7 4770 ?

And what about the amd fx 8350 i heard that he's good at multi tasking but his gaming performance aren't that good.

Stick with the i7. It's worth the small extra outlay in price, for the extra-reliable performance. And definitely don't bother with an i5 if you plan to stream regularly. Workable enough for a gaming-only rig, but distinctly underpowered for gaming AND real-time video encoding simultaneously. You can also go with a Xeon, but I wouldn't really bother.

AMD I haven't kept up with. They don't have Quicksync available though, and we've had a lot of people opening threads with streaming performance problems lately on the AMD side, including the 8xxx series. (Disclosure: I use AMD gear for servers regularly, this isn't fanboyism so please no evangelical wars.)
