Question / Help buggy recording

I know its somewhere in my settings where I messed up on something, when I playback a video, it like moves back to the last frame. idk please help. (also my game fps goes down immedatly to 6-8 when I open obsMP )

Have you tried downscaling your resolution more? Say, 852x480?
