bug with webcam crashing obs

note i am by no way a programer so a lot of stuff just gose over my head as of the bug
note this pc can run vr games

the web cam works
webcam make logi any one know what is going on i have in the past had the same

webcam working on obs and i did chek obs is up to date is there an ez fix for this note i have not the sliteist clue how to get a log file

what ? i don`t get what is going on and i don`t see what that has to do with that as of log as i sed there is no down lode buttin for it and it dos not help that it crashis wen this hapins

well, we don't know what is going on either, your description of the problem can best be described as vague (and that is being generous). but at least with a log at least there is some direction for someone to assist you.

how there is no downlode log butten on it

does OBS actually crash when this happens? do you get a popup that says something similar to "Whoops! OBS has crashed.... click OK to save the log" ?
