Bug visual obs pc

hello I'm new here but that's not the subject, it's already been more than a month since my obs had image bugs like grain or I don't really know what, I tested EVERYTHING, the optimization on youtube, use chat gpt, go and check the quality of my game and still these bugs whereas before on a less powerful PC that still everything works well. My fixed pc config: graphics card: geforce gt 1030, intel core i3 16gb ram.

Clearly it says "insufficient Hardware"
It means your computer can't handle it.
