Bug Report Bug? Stream is Delayed without delay added

Comparing between XSplit and OBS. Ever since that Dropped Frames issue was fixed. My stream is anywhere between 7 - 15 seconds behind and I never added any delay to the stream o.O.

XSplit has only like a 3 - 4 second delay with the same settings. Might need to be looked at o.o

Found what the issue is, I think. When you start the cast, Normally on XSplit your channel, if you're watching the preview window, pops up LIVE immediately. OBS takes like 5 seconds before it connects to the twitch servers and to your channel. That is kind of an issue for me, specifically when I do L.A. Noire if I want my users to participate in my quest but there's like a 10 second difference from game to cast :(
