Bug Report Bug: Steam & UPlay overlay won't work

OBS game capture hook is doing something funky and likes to break the steam overlay ( personal experience ), so I presume the uplay overlay is the same way.
Should be noted that neither fraps, dxtory, xsplit's game source, nor mumble's overlay causes the same breaking-overlay issues, so OBS is the one at fault here.

Unfortunately there's no agreed upon way to safely install hooks in a compatible way. Other hooks most likely take precautions to call existing hooks, but if one hook unloaded, the entire call chain breaks and the app will crash. Also the order in which hooks are applied can be important, eg if you want OBS to capture the steam overlay or mumble overlays. The current version of OBS will overwrite any inline hooks, future versions may check for them and preserve them.

Hook order is something that's always confused me. I'd love to be able to hook before the steam overlay, for example, so I can look at my chats and etc without showing the stream. I've never been able to achieve this except in Metro 2033, because for some reason DXTory ended up hooking ( every time mind you! ) before the Steam overlay.

Found out it's the experimental game capture and not OBS itself. Sometimes they will work but most of the time they won't kick on. I'll test it with the newest 0.452a which I have not yet but I can confirm that if you use SCFH or any other software capture, the overlays work just fine :)
