Question / Help /BUG report: Certain audio devices not outputting with OBS

This first occurred about 2-3 weeks ago. When using S/PDIF and HDMI digital audio sources (I also think it is doing it with Voicemeter Banana virtual inputs, I forgot), it is not outputting any audio, on stream or recording. Now, I am using Audio Router to route Spotify and iTunes, but Voicemeter for Discord/Skype. I think it is OBS because those inputs/outputs work with Livestream Remote Camera and Livestream Studio. Any help would be appreciated. If I have to reinstall, I wish to know how to export scenes and profiles.

I think you are confusing audio sources for VoiceMeeter and what you use for OBS.
VoiceMeeter Banana has 3 "mic" outputs (or via audio cable, you can use them for VLC or other programs) and 2 virtual inputs, one usually for systema udio and the other can be used for any other source.

VoiceMeeter Banana has 3 "headphone" outputs (or speakers) and 2 virtual output.

You can control all audio sources in VoiceMeeter Banana , send the to B1 output, and use this B! as OBS Studio mic source (and no other audio sources in OBS Studio).

You can have music going to stream and not to your headphones and you can program a trigger to autoduck music when you speak.
