[BUG] PTT isn't working if I'm NOT directly in OBS version 31.0.4! When in-game, PTT won't work at all during livestreams!!!

For Push-To-Talk to work, I have to hop out the game, let the audience see a black screen for a few seconds as I talk to them through PTT, then hop back into the game so they can continue seeing in-game footage instead of a black screen!

I don't think OBS is meant to work this way, right?

I'm on Windows 11, 64-bit. 32Gb RAM
OBS version 31.0.4

Problem Solved!

I forgot to Run OBS with administrator priveleges! Everything is working the way it should!
