[Bug] Possible bug in OBS

Hi!
Today I run into a strange problem/bug when I started the stream.
The issue: when in Studio Mode I started the stream with my Intro scene than I switched to my Main scene which contains the Video and Audio Source. Both Video and Audio are coming from a pro camera that is used in pro broadcasts. However in the Audio Mixer section I wasn't able to see the Audio source from camera until I turned off Studio Mode.
I restarted a couple of time OBS to see if the problem/bug is still there and noticed that sometime with Studio Mode active the Audio Source from camera appears in Audio Mixer section. This happen to me on two different computers.
What I noticed is when this problem/bug occurs is that the Profile menu is locked. I had to restart OBS but when turning on Studio Mode the problem/bug is coming back, both the Profile menu locking and Audio Mixer not showing the Audio Source.

Can anyone confirm or not if this is a bug or something is broken in OBS and a reinstall will fix the problem?

I never encountered problems (or tried) with the Profile menu in relation to the Audio Mixer. If you have those, please share a log: here's how. If you do not have the exact same problem as the OP, please start your own forum thread.

One general remark: the Audio Mixer only shows audio sources that are currently active, so the ones in Preview are not shown. Once the scene is transitioned to Program, its audio sources become visible in the Audio Mixer.
