Bug on full screen projector on Windows 11

Just recently upgrade to Windows 11. I'm experiencing glitch on full screen projector. The recording is fine but I'm using the full projector to send image on another computer video in and that's the problem. Lines are appearing when I use mix transition and funny weird things happen when there is too much movement on my cam.
Everything was fine on Windows 10. I use Obs latest version. I upgraded my NVDIA to Windows 11.
Anyone experiencing this?
Funny things:
If I use window projector instead of full projector, everything is fine. !??
I use this on many computer. Some of them , if I uncheck ALWAYS ON TOP, then the problem disappear.

Hey CDU! Question for you: I am also using fullscreen projector with Windows 11 and just started using it with the recent purchase of a Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K which requires a clean video stream. My process requires that i go back and forth between a number of programs (camera control, YouTube to check chats, etc.) and whenever I pass or hover over the OBS icon and it shows the two open windows (OBS and the projector view), the projector feed shows the desktop that is underneath the OBS videofeed, distributing a picture of my desktop through my feed rather than the projector content.

Is this happening with you as well? I can't find a way in taskbar settings to prevent the window popup, so I am wondering if there is an OBS setting that corrects the problem.
