Visual Studio 2013 runtimes may be required by certain plugins. Download and install both vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

I have the same bug. It started appearing unexpectedly because last time I've recorded in September 2016 it was working flawlessly. Last version was 0.12.2, I've downloaded the latest version 0.16, but it still won't work. I've downloaded vcredist both 32 and 64 bit, but still nothing works. I've uninstalled old vcredist versions, re-installed OBS several times but still nothing.
- MSVCR120 not found.
- deflateBound not found in zlib.dll
- Unspecified error occurred
