When setting vbvBufferSize, OBS should also set vbvInitialDelay (equal to the vbvBufferSize), to match with x264
It would be nice to also have an option to use the higher quality modes available in encodeAPI (2PASS_CBR instead of CBR)

Two pass encode methods don't work with live streaming.

According to the doc they do, because it's really just 2 passes on the same frame (not a true 2-pass with lookahead)

It seems OBS already has this option, as the low latency presets use "Single frame VBV 2 PASS".
