When using a custom stream server and clicking "start streaming", the button turns to "Connecting..." and will not resolve. OBS does not time out and there is no way to stop it from connecting. When you click "exit" the app closes, but OBS.exe still runs as a background application so you can't open another instance until you kill that task manually.
