Question / Help Buffering

The higher I set my maximum bitrate the more buffering happens...
i dont get it. I have 15mbps up and 150 down.. I should easily be able to set it to a good bitrate to run a stream smoothly..
anyone have tips? When i set it to about 1000 it's okay-ish..

Im trying to stream to twitch. i chose my nearest location.

You can use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

Set TCP Window to 64k, and Duration to Medium. You can uncheck the regions you're not in.

When you've run the test, click the share results button and link the image it gives you here.

Okay here are the results.
I don't know what I should stream to other then what it's already showing. If I put max bitrate to 1000 it will work. Anything higher and i will buffer alot.
