Question / Help Buffering while watching only my own stream

hello guys,

i can watch all streams perfectly fine with no buffering, but when im watching my own stream it buffers?

twitch.tv/stonerbasement

check if it buffers for you aswell please. im streaming 3500 bitrate @ 60 fps
