Buffering while live streaming to twitch only when I have a game running. Playing Dauntless, Biomutant or BL3.

It only happens when I have a game going while streaming otherwise its perfect. I have a 1660ti lenovo legion 5 gaming laptop with a ryzen 7. Attached are my 3 attempts which include me closing games and opening them. Bitrate on my twitch dashboard shows red and bad internet connection but i tested my connection and its perfect.

2. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".
3. Enable Dynamic Bitrate in the Advanced settings too.
4. Go to Output and uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning. More CUDA cores for the games.
5. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Main).
6. Also be aware that Stream Delay may currently be active. This means that your stream is being delayed by a certain number of seconds. If this is not what you intended, please disable it in Settings -> Advanced -> Stream Delay.
