I have been trying to get a decent stream up and running since a month but its just not working for me, tried so many options but no luck, every day trying.
Hardware i use;
I7 4770k
GTX 780 Ti
16 GB 2400mhz Ram
Avermedia Extreme cap U3
Internet; 180 Mbit / 20Mbit
I stream at 720p 30 fps
I have tried x264, nvenc and quicksync with twitch recommended settings.
Highest bitrate i tried is 3500 lowest is 2000. My upload speed should be more than enough for even higher bitrates.
The twitch servers i stream to have 9ms latency for amsterdam and 14 for the UK server.
There are no quality issues, stream looks very good but when i do a test stream and watch the stream there is buffering wich mostly comes back every 20/30 seC. Sometimes it goes ok for like a minute but then... Buffering. It also freezes occasionally for 1/2 seconds. No viewer would watch a stream like that. Every other stream i watch is flawless, there are no issues on my end with that.
Since i tried almost every option i could think off im out of ideas, hope someone can help with this.
I know this probably is nohing on the end of OBS but if any settings could decrease this any help is appreciated.

When i stream and check twitch dashboard it says my stream quality is excellent......
