Buffering problems on mixcloud

I am streaming music and a studio camera to mixcloud and my viewers/listeners are experiencing serious buffering. What is the cause? Do I need to adjust some settings?
 
A clean log file is required to help fix your issue. To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
 
Recording the set prior to live streaming is fine, no buffering , but as soon as I go live, within 15 seconds, serious buffering occurs. Here is my log filehttps://obsproject.com/logs/ibifm_oFy3SwyNgX

Anyone found a solution? I have a couple viewers not everyone that says my streaming keeps freezing. Is it something on my end or theirs?
 
You guys should ask this to Mixcloud support.
Anyways, they state you must stream at 720p 30fps CBR 2500kbps to 3500kbps and audio 320kbps. Also, try streaming directly to them, not via restream.
